HOW TO APPLY:

• 1.  Start with clean, dry lips for the best adhesion and color payoff.
  
• 2.  Use the precision applicator to apply liquid lipstick to the center of your upper lip, following your natural lip line outward.
  
• 3.  Swipe across your bottom lip in a smooth, even motion.
