Physical Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The bearer of the Gift Card may use the Gift Card to purchase merchandise from any Edgars, Legit, Beaver Canoe or Style store.
The Gift Card is valid for a period of 3 years from date of activation or upon full redemption thereof, whichever occurs first. No cash change will be given on purchases made with the Gift Card
For security reasons, this Gift Card should be kept in a safe place and is the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. However, if you are in possession of the Gift Card number, you can call the Customer Service team on 031 010 0005 to report it lost or stolen. We will then block the remaining amount on the Gift Card and transfer it to another Gift Card, available when you next visit any Edgars store.
Gift Card balances can be checked in-store at a till point or by calling the Customer Service team on 031 010 0005.
Physical Gift Cards purchased in store are not redeemable online and may only be redeemed in store.

The bearer of the Online Only Gift Voucher may use the Gift Card to purchase merchandise from www.edgars.co.za.
Physical Gift Cards purchased in store are not redeemable online and may only be redeemed in store.
Online Only Gift Vouchers are only valid for online purchases and cannot be used in any physical Edgars Store.
Payment using a valid Online Only Gift Voucher is subject to the available funds on your Online Only Gift Voucher. Should the total amount for your Order (including delivery) exceed the amount of funds on your Online Only Gift Voucher, you may add a second payment method to pay for the balance of the amount due, e.g. Credit Card.
The Online Only Gift Voucher is valid for a period of 3 years from date of activation or upon full redemption thereof, whichever occurs first.
Online Only Gift Vouchers cannot be topped up.
In the event of a refund or return on an order that was paid for with an Online Only Gift Card, the value deducted from your Online Gift Voucher will be refunded to your Online Gift Voucher for use again.
