HOW TO USE:

Step 1: After shaping and filling in your eyebrows, use eyebrow spoolie to groom and comb the brow hairs in place.
Step 2: Apply our liquid eyebrow gel to fill and shape your eyebrows with the precise doe foot applicator, then use the spoolie to gently blend away any harsh lines.
Step 3: Allow the applied eyebrow gel to dry for 60 seconds without touching to set it in place.
