Dry Skin Gel

Bio-Oil Dry Skin Gel is the next generation in the treatment of dry skin. This product has been formulated to hydrate and replenish persistent dry skin; skin that remains dry throughout the year despite the internal or external environmental conditions. It improves on the existing dry skin technology of creams, lotions, and body butters by replacing the in-active water in these formulations with oil, resulting in a product that has an oil-loading of 83%. It helps lock in moisture and reduces the rate at which water vapour is naturally lost through the skin’s surface. When applying a traditional dry skin product, a large quantity needs to be used as the majority of these products, being predominantly water, evaporate when coming into contact with skin. Since Bio-Oil Dry Skin Gel is a gelled-oil, substantially less product needs to be used to cover the same body area. Apply a small amount to dry skin as required. Massage into skin until fully absorbed. Bio-Oil Dry Skin Gel may be used as frequently as needed and on an ongoing basis. Bio-Oil Dry Skin Gel should not be applied to an open wound or broken skin.
