Eau Parfumée Thé Vert, launched in 1992, was initially designed as an exclusive gift intended to cater to the close circle of the Maison’s top high jewellery clients. The product was as daring, generous and innovative as Bvlgari’s jewellery creations at the time. Today, the original 350 ml flacon is reinvented through a new contemporary design and an upgraded Eau de Toilette formula featuring a natural tea extract: the ultimate statement of the link between tradition and innovation.

With Eau Parfumée Thé Vert, Master Perfumer Jean-Claude Ellena captures the irresistible vitality of the young tea leaves as well as their vegetal, grassy and refreshing aroma. The signature citrus aromatic skilfully combines green tea notes with a luminous floral accord of neroli petals. The fizzy texture of bergamot essence mingles with crispy, young tea leaves to recreate the timeless, rejuvenating pleasure of being immersed in nature, imbuing all the senses with new energy.

Lifting the luxury “cloche” envelope reveals a generous 350 ml flacon with a silhouette inspired by the robust elegance of ancient Roman columns. The design is embellished by the iconic glass décolleté symbolising a sensory experience as rich and intimate as wearing a jewellery creation. A crackled inlay adorns the beige gold cap and echoes the tradition of celadon ceramics, which originated in China. The front label is adorned with new hand-drawn botanical illustrations, meticulously crafted exclusively for Bvlgari by a French botanist and exquisitely embossed thanks to new selected paper made from hemp.

THE DESIGN:
Inspired by the elegance of ancient Roman columns, the silhouette is embellished by the iconic glass décolleté, symbolising a sensory experience as rich and intimate as wearing a jewellery creation.
The cap bears the iconic Bvlgari Bvlgari round logotype and is adorned with a coloured crackled inlay echoing the tradition of celadon ceramics, which originated in China a thousand years ago.
The flacon is enriched with exquisitely hand-drawn botanical illustrations, meticulously crafted by a French Botanist exclusively for Bvlgari. Finely embossed, they symbolise the positive olfactive emotion aroused by each Eau de Toilette. Fresh tea leaves for Thé Vert and delicate cotton plant buds for Thé Blanc.
