HOW TO USE:

• STEP 1: Pick a lip liner shade that is similar to your lipstick.
• STEP 2: Contour the lips by defining the outer lip line first. Then further extend the colour hold by filling in your whole lip with the lip liner.
• STEP 3: Apply your lipstick over the top.
