I got exactly what was pictured. I love the pillow

Purchased 2 pillows which are nice and comfortable. However not 100% what I expected. The furthers stick out and are uncomfortable.

It's just fine - time will tell.

I have brought these before and they are fine. They come fluffy but time will tell if they can retrain the fluffiness.
