- For continued insurance cover, please ensure that your premium is paid in full on a monthly basis.
- We will cover the legal costs of your bail application if you are charged with a criminal offence.
- The cover limit is the maximum amount we will pay per claim or per annum, which ever comes first. Benefit specific sub limits apply.
- Only one partner and a maximum of 5 children under the age of 21 are covered under this policy.
- We shall have no liability under this policy to any person other than a natural person.

- Labour matters, Criminal matters, Identity theft and Civil matters (divorce, matrimony, defamation).
Waiting periods:
- No waiting period applies for telephonic legal assistance.
- 1-month waiting period applies for legal representation benefits.

Premiums for your Legal Plan can be collected via payment on your Edgars account or debit order.
