Online Ordering

We are open for online ordering – whether you select to have your order delivered or make use of our Click & Collect service, we have taken the necessary steps to minimise risk.

Our warehouse, delivery couriers and Click and Collect teams are fully informed of the precautionary safety measures in place to avoid the spread of COVID-19 including:

  • Emphasising frequent and proper hand washing
  • Cleaning high contact points more frequently
  • No physical contact at delivery
  • Limited contact at Click and Collect pick up

IN-STORE AND ONLINE : All Fashion, Beauty, Homeware and Cellular products are avaialable to purchase online.

 

How do I pay my Edgars account?
Whilst you can still pay your account at our Edgars main stores, during this lockdown period we encourage you to pay your account via debit order or make use of online banking, EFT payments or Easypay – view more on account payments

What about my lay-by?
You can collect and continue to make lay-by payments in store.

 

Can I make use of the fitting room?
For your safety and ours – the following services have been temporarily suspended

  • Fitting rooms
  • Measuring and alterations
  • Facials and makeovers
  • All testers have been removed off the shelves
  • Store events

Will I be able to return or exchange my purchase?

Store Purchases: Yes – we accept all returns and will process refunds. All returns will be housed separately for a set period of 48 hours before being returned to the floor.  

Online Purchases: Yes – online purchases can be returned during this period either by completing our online returns form or visiting one of the closest stores to you. If you wish to process the return at a store, please ensure that you have the invoice with you.

 

How do I claim my ‘Frontline Worker’ discount?
All Frontline Workers herein stipulated: (Doctors, Nurses, Police and Military Force officials) will be entitled to an additional 10% Discount,limited to key promotions, In Store only. This will be redeemable on the basis of having presented the following:

  • Either be in Uniform
  • Presentation of a Valid Work Permit &/or
  • Valid Identification of Essential Service ID

When will I receive my Online Order that was placed before or during the lockdown period?
Please look out for communication on your online order – delivery of orders of essential items as regulated in Level 4 lockdown, will commence on 4 May. *There may be delays in delivery as we clear the backlog of orders. These orders will take approximately 3 weeks to deliver based on current Government regulations. What will happen to my Online Order if lockdown is extended?
Edgars will continue to comply with regulations as stipulated by government – all processing of orders will be halted should the lockdown requirements change.

 

Can I collect my order in store?
Yes. Our Click & Collect service is available in selected stores. *Lead times may vary if the selected store has partial stock.
