In the center, a sponge-tip applicator primed with brow powder creates fullness and depth.

How to Apply:

Apply to lash from root to tip. Comb through with brush. Build to desired look. To remove, saturate lashes with warm water. Do not pull or rub lashes. Allow water to soak into lashes (15-20 seconds). Mascara will loosen. Gently wipe with cotton pad or tissue or splash away with water.
