Why should I register?

In order to transact on his website you need to have a registered profile.  Your profile has a user name and password which you will need to log on. If you do not have a user name or password you will need to create a profile.  If you have a registered profile on Edgars.co.za or Fashion Hotline you can use your user name and password to log on to this website.

Delivery

What delivery options do I have?

We offer two convenient delivery options:

1. Home delivery:  Delivery by courier to your front door.

2. Store delivery: Delivery to your nearest Edgars store for you to collect.

 

What are your delivery costs?

Will the delivery fee vary depending on what I buy?

No.  Our delivery fees are fixed, irrespective of what you buy.

 

Do you do international deliveries?

No.  We can only deliver goods within in the borders of the Republic of South Africa.

 

Gifts

Can I send a gift to someone?

While specific products with in your shopping basket can be selected as gifts, regrettably we can only deliver to a single address. Should you wish to send part of an order as a gift to another delivery address then you will need to remove those products from the basket and place a separate order.

 

Payment

What payment types do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment options?

Do you accept lay buys?

Regrettably we do not accept lay buys.

Regrettably we do not accept direct deposits or electronic fund transfers.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Can I have goods refunded or exchanged if purchased online?

Yes. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. The goods must be returned within 30 days from purchase date.
 

Is this website secure?
